Monika Bacardi is associated with the H.S.H. Prince Albert II Foundation and is greatly engaged in other cultural and humanitarian activities in the Principality of Monaco. The H.S.H. Prince Albert II Foundation aims to look after the natural environment and to publicise sustainable advancement throughout the world.

Her part-purchase of 'PHOTO' Magazine in 2014 furthered Monika Bacardi's participation in the arts sector. She became part of the Bacardi family and she is now the Lady of Bayfield Hall. As a result of her desire to help others, Monika Bacardi is involved in many charities and non-profit organisations. Owing to her passion for film, she set up AMBI group (a cinematographic business headquartered in Europe) in 2013.
Monika Bacardi strongly stands by Mission Enfance, a charitable entity which provides educational support to children who are in need. She is actively involved with the Principality’s cultural and charity pursuits. Monika Bacardi has always had empathy for her fellow humans, which propels her philanthropic activities.

Several years ago Monika Bacardi purchased the venerable 'PHOTO' magazine, which has been operational since the year 1967. AMBI Group and 'PHOTO' magazine are the two main concerns around which Monika's working life centres. Co-founder/owner and producer of the AMBI Group, Monika Bacardi aims to create funding for, produce and deliver motion pictures to a global market.
